Pear and Pecan Salsa with Baked Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 Pear
  • 10-12 American Pecans + for garnish
  • ½ Lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppercorns
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • Fresh coriander sprig for garnish
  • Baked nachos for serving

Process

  1. Deseed and chop pear. Chop American Pecans.
  2.  Transfer both in a bowl. Squeeze lemon. Add salt, crushed black peppercorns, green chillies, sugar, coriander and mix well. Mash lightly.
  3. Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig, American Pecans and serve with baked nachos.
