No Churn Pecan Nut Ice-Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Full fat milk 
  • 1 cup Fresh cream 
  • 1 cup Milk powder 
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk 
  • 1 tsp Vanila bean paste or Vanila essence
  • 1 cup American pecan

Process

  • In a large bowl, mix together milk, cream, milk powder, sugar, and condensed milk well using a whisk.
  • Once done, pour it into a blender jar and blend it well.
  • Make a pecan praline: Dry roast pecans and chop them. Melt sugar until it is golden brown and caramelizes.
  • Now, add the chopped pecans and mix, then let it set.
  • Once the praline is set, crush and fold it into the ice cream base, and mix. Let this set for about 8-10 hours in a freezer.
  • Once it is completely set, serve and enjoy!
