Ingredients
- 200g Cream cheese
- 80g Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped American pecan nuts
- Coal for smoking
- To coat
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1/4 chopped American pecan
- 2 tsp Chopped parsley
Process
- Mix both the cheese, pecans, salt & pepper and siracha sauce well.
- Place a coal and cover to smoke the cheese, to achieve a smoky flavor."
- Roll it into a round shape, coat it with more chopped pecans and serve it with lavash
