Ingredients

  • 200g Cream cheese
  • 80g Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped American pecan nuts
  • Coal for smoking
  • To coat 
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 chopped American pecan
  • 2 tsp Chopped parsley

Process

  1. ⁠Mix both the cheese, pecans, salt & pepper and siracha sauce well.
  2. Place a coal and cover to smoke the cheese, to achieve a smoky flavor."
  3. Roll it into a round shape, coat it with more chopped pecans and serve it with lavash
